ST77 Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules

By accessing the ST77 platform — whether through a web browser on a desktop or mobile device — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ST77 platform or create an account.

These Terms apply to all users of ST77, including anyone who browses the site without registering, registered account holders, and anyone placing bets or playing games on the platform. Using the platform in any capacity constitutes acceptance.

ST77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use ST77. The platform is strictly for adults. If ST77 has reason to believe a registered user is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and any balance held pending review.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one ST77 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through linked payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of balances.

Accurate Information: You must provide complete and truthful information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, and any other information required during the verification process. ST77 is entitled to request documentary evidence of any registration detail at any time.

Identity Verification (KYC): All accounts are required to complete identity verification before a withdrawal can be processed. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Verification is a one-time process unless account details change significantly.

Registration Restrictions: Employees of ST77, immediate family members of employees, and persons associated with game providers or payment processor partners are not eligible to hold a player account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your ST77 account. This includes every bet placed, every game played, and every transaction initiated — whether or not you personally authorised it, if access was possible due to you sharing your login credentials or failing to keep them secure.

Login Security: Your username and password must be kept private. Do not share your account credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. ST77 will never ask you for your password by email, chat or phone. If you receive any such request, treat it as a phishing attempt and contact support immediately.

Suspicious Activity: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your knowledge, you must notify ST77 support immediately. You should also change your password as quickly as possible. ST77 will investigate all reported incidents but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost due to unauthorised access where the player shared their credentials.

Account Transfers: ST77 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in account closure.

All deposits on ST77 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit.

Accepted Payment Methods: ST77 currently supports the following deposit channels:

Payment Ownership: You must only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' JazzCash or Easypaisa wallets — are not permitted. Any such deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending review.

Deposit Processing Times: JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast deposits are typically credited to your ST77 balance within minutes. Bank transfers and card payments may take slightly longer depending on the financial institution involved. ST77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

No Deposit Fees: ST77 does not charge a fee for making deposits. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside of ST77's control.

Withdrawals are available to all verified ST77 account holders. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the identity verification process. This is a security measure to protect your funds and cannot be waived.

Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed through the same channels used for deposits — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, or card. Withdrawal requests must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name.

Processing Times: Once approved, withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically arrive within minutes for verified accounts. Raast transfers are near-instant during processing hours. Bank transfers and card withdrawals usually complete within a few business hours. Times may vary during peak periods or if additional verification is required.

Withdrawal Fees: ST77 does not deduct any fees from withdrawal amounts on the platform side. The amount you request is the amount that will be sent. Your payment provider may apply their own receiving charges, which are outside ST77's control.

Bonus Wagering: Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. You can check your current wagering progress in the promotions or cashier section of your account. Real-money deposits and winnings from real-money play are not subject to wagering requirements unless specifically stated.

Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. ST77 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments for security purposes. In such cases, you will be notified of the schedule.

ST77 offers welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and event-specific bonuses tied to PSL season, T20 international series, and other major cricket and sports events. Each promotion has its own set of terms which will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable real money. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on its promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for that promotion.

Bonus Abuse: ST77 monitors all bonus activity. Actions including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing opposing bets to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotions, are strictly prohibited. ST77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

Bonus Eligibility: Promotions are available to eligible players as stated in each offer's terms. ST77 reserves the right to exclude specific players or groups from individual promotions where there is reason to do so.

Promotion Modifications: ST77 may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions that have already been claimed and partially wagered will generally be honoured up to the point of suspension, at ST77's discretion.

All bets placed on ST77 — including cricket betting, PSL match markets, T20 international fixtures, football, esports, slot games, live casino, and bingo — are subject to the specific rules for each product. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform.

Obvious Errors: ST77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error — for example, due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error in market creation. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.

Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by ST77. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference. Bets placed during a technical outage or feed disruption may be cancelled and stakes returned at ST77's discretion.

Result Settlement: Sports results are settled according to official match outcomes as reported by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, FIFA, etc.). In-play cricket betting markets follow documented settlement rules for each market type — over totals, wickets, runs scored, etc.

Slot Games and Live Casino: Random number generator (RNG) outcomes in slot games are final. Live casino results are determined by the live dealer's actions and are final once the round closes. No dispute can be raised against a correctly settled game round.

Bingo: Bingo results are determined by the automated draw system. Prizes are calculated and distributed according to the rules of each bingo room as displayed before you join the game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ST77. Breach of any of these rules will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account at any time.
• False identity: Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Third-party payments: Depositing or withdrawing through payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic manipulation.
• Fraud: Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or any attempt to fraudulently recover funds already used on the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games on the platform.
• Underage access: Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor to access your account.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to process, conceal or transfer proceeds of illegal activity.

ST77 monitors platform activity continuously and reserves the right to act on any suspicion of prohibited conduct without prior notice.

ST77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected underage use, suspected money laundering, or failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.

Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your ST77 account at any time by contacting player support. Any remaining real-money balance after deduction of any bonus funds not meeting withdrawal eligibility will be returned to your verified payment method.

Suspended Account Balances: Where an account is suspended due to a breach investigation, funds may be held until the investigation is concluded. If a breach is confirmed, ST77 reserves the right to forfeit balances in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons can request account closure or a cooling-off period through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are honoured promptly and the account will not be reactivated during the requested period.

ST77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services, and other partners required for the platform's operation, all of whom are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.

In any event, ST77's maximum liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the balance held in that player's verified real-money account at the time of the incident.
